Is this not talking out of both sides of his mouth?...who is the person who keeps putting Besko back in nets, game in, game out. Now he is hanging a loss on him for a sub-par game. Mavric Parks went this route last year, so I guess it's par for the course for Mav lite. Perhaps Gilmour should be looking in the mirror when he's ascribing blame for the team's current lack of success.....no accountability for veterans making dumb and selfish plays, special teams that are so predictable and unproductive, work ethic that runs hot and cold, apparent lack of motivation and will to win. In short, all the things that a coach is supposed to instill in a team are sadly lacking in this version of the Frontenacs. He can no longer say that he is a rookie coach - he was hired as the "saviour" of this franchise but if you didn't know better you would be hard pressed to differentiate this squad from any squad coached by Mr sub-.500 himself, Larry Mavety.

We all remember Gilmour saying that this club would be better this season. Two things. At the time it was a sheer impossibility to be actually worse so that wasn't much of a prediction. Second, we are not beating that prediction by very much....so by season's end it is quite possible that we could be worse, a mind boggling thought.
