Some (minor) disappointments:
-Was hoping Crouse would be a bit more dominant offensively. Not that he's been bad or anything, but with the talk of him possibly going in the Top-5 of the NHL draft, likely Top-10, I was hoping he'd take that huge leap offensively this year. Similar to how fellow 2015 NHL draftees Mitch Marner and Dylan Strome are doing.
-McKeown's offensive numbers underwhelm. When he came into the league, I thought by Year 3 he'd be an offensive dynamo. Instead, he's got 7 assists and no goals after 14 games. He's becoming more of a solid 2-way guy, but whose offensive game isn't quite explosive.

Some (major) disappointments:
-Kujawinski seems to be regressing, at least offensively. When he came to Kingston in that trade as a 16 year old, and went on to produce at around a point per game, I thought he was going to really blossom as an offensive force for Kingston. Instead, he's kind of stagnated. This is his fourth year in the league. He should be up there with the other 4th year guys. Look at a guy like Cole Cassels in Oshawa. Same pedigree (high OHL pick, early-to-mid round NHL pick), but Cassels is far ahead of where Kujawinski is.
-Schutt is also a disappointment this year. He was going to be counted on to replace some of the goals lost by the graduations of Greenaway and Ikonen, and then with the injury to Bennett. Instead, he's got 2 goals on the season -- both of which are on the powerplay. You expect more at 5 on 5 from one of your overagers.
